Ted Berzak and his crew did a fabulous job renovating my 45-year-old townhouse! Ted is extremely knowledgably in all areas of construction and very creative. He is present on the job several time a day checking every detail and always available by phone. His work crew is a pleasure to be around, and they all do excellent work! Ted started work the day he said he would and met all completion deadlines. Before work began, I was presented with a very detailed budget and payment schedule and Ted always reviewed with me ahead of time any possible changes to the original estimates. Could not be happier with Ted, his team, and the finished product!
