I normally do not write reviews but this one is essential. The stress of renovations/construction was one of the main reasons we waited years to re-do our first floor. We heard horror stories about time delays and unexpected costs and just didn’t want the headaches. In hindsight it was a very bad decision… we lost years not being able to enjoy what Ted and his team created. Let me be clear… I can confidently say this would be a much different review if we chose someone else. Ted from our first meeting was no nonsense and completely upfront. His recommendation's from architects to subcontractors were perfect. He was present during every step of our renovation which was not a massive but also not a small project. The estimates and time frame he gave us were literally spot on. Ted’s expertise was beyond helpful changing our house into something very special. We highly recommend Ted and we would never use another contractor in any capacity. Even a year after the job was finished Ted came back and his team fixed some taping that wasn’t even really part of the project. When I say flawless, I mean flawless customer service.
