We recently embarked on a double bathroom + master bedroom renovation with Vision Construction and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. From the bidding process, to scheduling the project, to managing subs and our change orders, to the unfortunate obstacles during the height of COVID—the attention to detail and the level of organization that Ted and his team provided was unmatched. We were always kept in the loop each week – who was coming when, and what was being accomplished – so there were never any surprises. Dust is always an issue when you’re living in a construction zone, but they did their very best keeping it all contained and cleaning up at the end of each day. We have two young children and living without a shower for an extended period of time just wasn’t going to work. Out of all of the contractors that we met with, Ted was the only one that came up with a temporary solution that was both convenient for us and efficient for the overall project. We’ve been living in our new spaces for a little over a year now and everything still looks amazing and we are truly enjoying it every single day. We did run into a couple minor issues post-construction, however Ted was always responsive and made every effort to resolve the issue as quick as possible. He truly stands by his work and his team and we are so thrilled that we had the opportunity to work with him. A special shout out to Ted’s right hand man – Reid! He was such a pleasure to talk to each day and always walked into our home with a smile. We hope to work with Ted and team again in the future.
