Over the past few years, I have worked with Ted on two major renovations. He first managed a complex exterior project involving a severe leak that was impacting the interior of the house. Based on his performance, I hired him again the following year to renovate my basement. In both instances, Ted was highly professional, arriving on-site twice daily and providing frequent updates to ensure the project remained on schedule. What truly sets Ted apart is his genuine care for his clients. He has consistently gone above and beyond his scope of work, including recently addressing a minor issue over a weekend. Even though the problem was unrelated to his original work, he coordinated directly with a roofer to ensure it was resolved immediately. His project manager, Reid, is equally reliable, and their team maintains an incredibly clean and organized job site. Having had difficult experiences with other contractors who failed to meet deadlines or maintain communication, I can confidently say that Ted’s dedication and transparency are rare in this industry. I am already in discussions with him for my upcoming first-floor renovation and would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a dependable contractor.
