Vision Construction has completed not only one but two jobs for us over the past 5 years. We first hired Ted and his team to complete an addition and renovation of our Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, closets, Mudroom and Family Room. The team was so good that we asked them to renovate our existing guest bathroom and add a half bathroom in our basement. Ted’s attention to detail is unmatched! During the construction of our addition, Ted caught an error in the architectural drawings that could have cost us a significant amount of money to repair. He and is team were onsite everyday ensuring that everything was running smoothly and there were no mistakes made. This really showed in the finished product. The work was immaculate. Both projects were completed on-time and within budget which you never hear off! There were so many hurdles during both projects that we had to overcome (back-orders, incorrect products being sent, global pandemic), we never thought we would finish on-time, but WE DID! It was honestly a miracle. Ted’s open lines of communication and ability to work and re-work the planned scheduled helped accomplish this. Whenever something came up or we had questions, Ted was always available. Calling us back immediately. This helped ease our worries and keep the project moving. On top of all this, Teds team kept our house neat and tidy. We lived in our house during both renovations, so we were very concerned with cleanliness. Teds team was onsite at the end of every day, cleaning and ensuring that the home looked the same as when they arrived. This was such a relief during the whole process.
