Vision Construction has done several key projects for us over the last 3 years: Master Bathroom, New floors, New Stairs, Front Door Entry, Central Air installation, New Deck. Ted Berzak, owner is very good about listening to your needs and preparing thorough proposal that covers the project. His main focus is always customer satisfaction at the end of the project. The other folks he subcontracts out to (painter, plumbing, tile work) have always been very professional and courteous. They leave the construction site free of debris and dirt nightly; wear booties to protect your floors and carpets, and do their best to make the period of construction in your home as comfortable as possible. For purposes of this review, I have selected the project and cost for the Master Bathroom project. Not only was the Bathroom remodeled, but we needed to add new windows, doors, build new framing because we changed configuration of the room, and added brand new wood floor in the main hallway on the 2nd floor. 6 months after project completion, Vision Construction was very good about coming back to address an insulation concern. Ted and crew arrived within hours of our calling. Their attention to detail, respect for the homeowner, fairness, and focus on customer satisfaction is what has kept us coming back to Vision Construction for follow-on project work. We have lived in our house for over 15 years, and in that time have used dozens of contractors. We have had horrible experiences in the past, but have been very happy with Vision Construction which is why we keep coming back.
